Step 2 - Schedule your visit Next, plan your initial evaluation. We help gather your medical records and any additional information we may need. Step 3 - Travel to City of Hope Once your initial evaluation is scheduled, we can help arrange transportation and lodging for you and your loved one. Step 4 - Meet your care team During your initial visit, you meet with your medical oncologist and other members of your care team. The visit involves a comprehensive evaluation. Step 5 - Begin your treatment Once you decide on a treatment plan that works for you, we coordinate all of your care under one roof, in a hopeful, empowering environment. Step 6 - Get survivorship support Throughout your treatment, we work with you to identify and manage any potential short and long-term side effects of your treatment.
