Step 2 - Schedule your visit

Once insurance coverage has been verified, we will plan your initial evaluation. Prior to your arrival, we help gather your medical records and any additional information your care team may need.

A Nurse Navigator will work with you to ensure that your medical needs are met in a seamless fashion. Nurse Navigators are dedicated to orchestrating your schedule, communication, education and follow-up.

Whether it's coordinating doctor appointments and treatment visits, filling prescriptions or explaining the process, care managers help keep you fully informed and help handle the logistics of care.

You also have the opportunity to speak with an oncology nurse, who can answer any questions you may have.
