Step 3 - Travel to CTCA

For patients treating in Arizona, Georgia or Illinois, once your initial evaluation is scheduled, we can help arrange air or train travel and lodging for you and your loved one. Our transportation team can also assist you by reserving an airport wheelchair in advance of your travel. (Wheelchair transport may expedite your TSA security screening and provide greater comfort traveling within the airport.) We can arrange for an attendant to transport you between distant gates in the airport or train station and suggest additional ways to make your travel as easy and comfortable as possible.

Note: If you are a beneficiary of a government health insurance program, such as Medicare, City of Hope is not permitted to provide travel, lodging or transportation benefits.
